Recognizing that over 70% of chronic plumbing failures cause downstream concrete slab and ceiling deterioration, our firm expanded into deep polymer waterproofing and non-hacking PU grouting. To eliminate unreliable supply chains, we established our Hardware & Wholesale Depot in Bukit Minyak, providing direct access to ISO-certified valves and waterproofing polymers across the northern region.
